Im Unhappy

Because my Osteo Arthritis is having a flare up and my feet and legs are very very painfull.

That sounds rotten Sleepy. Hope you're feeling better soon. I'm sure it's not as bad but I'm dosed up to my eyeballs on ibuprofen & codeine for sciatica at the mo, so you have my sympathy!!!

I will survive I am dosed up on Paracetamol.Dihydracodine,diclofenac and acupan so i rattle

Best wishes with your health. Know how you feel, watch the diclofenac as my long term use (15 years) has given me stage three kidney disease. So now i have to suffer with the pain from my back, without any medication, and now get an extra ache from my kidney because of the previous use of medication. My pain relief when really needed is from a tens machine and accupuncture which is amazing. Really works.
