There is only one file in the rar archive, run it and it will all set up. You may need to install quicktime (it will do it for you), but only chose the FREE version!

EVERY channel i have tried works, sometimes changing channel takes 20 seconds (it needs to buffer the channel you see). you do need a broadband speed connection too!
