DESPITE having to rely on gurgles, squeals and body language, it turns out that babies are excellent communicators.

Until now it was thought that infants don’t interact properly until the age of about two, when they start talking.

But scientists in Germany have found that babies as young as one can pass on useful information.

I think this is true because our 17 month old grandaughter from about the age of 11 months knew what things were when we said the word she would point to what it was Smile

I think she talks very well now at 17 months and has been saying in access of 25 words clearly for quite a while Smile

Her latest words are doctor, police and I a rock chick (her Mum sings in a band) ... lol ... sounds so cute Smile
