Jim Victor has created effigies of a cow riding a motorbike, a girl carrying milk churns and another girl lying on a bed wearing only a bikini.

Also included in the dairy collection are a detailed model of a farm and a sculpture of a farmer milking a cow.

The sculptures can take Jim up to a month to craft in his special workshop, which is kept to a temperature of just under 13 degrees to ensure the butter doesn't melt
