UK experts give blackouts warning
Some energy experts asked by BBC News warn the UK could face an unacceptable risk of major blackouts in less than 10 years unless policy is improved.
They said the government has dithered for too long over policies vital to energy security and climate security.
But they added that forecasts of an imminent power crisis were far-fetched.

Re: UK experts give blackouts warning
i think i need to think about buying a generator, they run on petrol/diesel, but if theres a blackout, you can have some things running
Re: UK experts give blackouts warning
Get one of those wind turbines or solar panels or both that you can fit on the roof. Maybe cost a little more than a second hand generator but there are grants available to all and no petrol/diesel running.
