The funeral of the British band leader Al Tabor has been announced. He was accredited with the popular song 'The Hokey Cokey' which is a family favourite at weddings and birthday parties. The funeral takes place tomorrow despite problems at the undertakers when preparing the coffin. They put his left leg in ............... Hi, as an old dance band musician i found that amusing even though it perpetuates an endless misspelling of the title. My original sheet music gives it as , "The Cokey, Cokey." If its of any interest, i've never used anything other than your spelling. Hows that for a piece of useless pedantry on a sunday night. Incidentally, do you know any of the churches between Louth and the coast (about 12 in number)
Regards.
