free view boxes packing up due to people upgrading system
hi our freeview boxes have all stopped working within a week, the freeview system was upgraded and it was announced by the ccompany that runs thhe freeview system that they will not help people that have freeview boxes, and that people will have to buy new freeview boxes. so please beware we have had 3 pack up within a week

thats typical of a company just to try and get more money out of people,i only watch dvds ,that's why i don't have to pay for tv licence, they came out to check that i couldn't get any channels and said its ok to watch dvds don't need a licence for that , it's cheaper to watch dvds .

if its under a year old and from asda, even without a receipt, you can return it as "no longer working", you will get an exchange or credit

99% of goods have a 1 year garantee as standard and if the device fails in that time it is the companys obligation to fix or replace the item as long as you havnt damaged or opened the device and most require the receipt so when you buy something keep the receipt safe we put the receipt in the empty box or if it is a big item we store it safe as a big box is hard to store. this is covered under the sale of goods act.
