grilled vegies
you will need
Peppers
Mushrooms
Courgette
Egg plant ( aubergien)
Onion
tomatoe
cut it all into strips and throw on the foreman or frying pan with a little olive oil cook for about 8 minutes and enjoy

this is one of my faves:
Wackies - to make wackies you need the following ingredients
big huge tin of Heinz tomato soup
packet of dried spaghetti
big block of cheap cheese
cook spaghetti as per instructions
whilst spaghetti is simmering, grate or chop the cheese
drain the spaghetti once cooked
pour spaghetti back in the pan
add the can of soup
add the cheese slowly, stirring and heating gently, adding more cheese as it melts
Voila! supercheap meal, can feed at least 4, but it's better when its cooled and the cheese has congealed slightly! Can also be reheated, we make a big pan and it lasts us 2 days

I am after some low fat recipes as i am on a very low fat diet no more than 3 grams per meal or 12 grams a day.

ha can you tell I was a student recently?
yeah some gluten free recipes would be fab, we are veggies but we find we can adapt most recipes to be veggie.
